Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cloud e Shop's retail storefront and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Accounts & eligibility

You can browse and check out as a guest, or create an account to track orders and save your wishlist. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order — our storefront is not directed at children under 18 (see our Privacy Policy).

Products & pricing

• We try to keep product listings, images and prices accurate, but occasional errors can happen — we'll contact you before processing an order affected by a pricing or listing mistake.
• Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed — an item can sell out between adding it to your cart and completing checkout.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch it. We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI, cards and more) via our payment partner Razorpay — see our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines, service areas and charges are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays outside our control can occasionally push a delivery back.

Cancellations & returns

You can cancel an order before it's dispatched from your account or by contacting support. Once delivered, our Returns & Exchanges page covers what's eligible, the return window, and how refunds are processed.

Reviews & user content

If you leave a product review, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of offensive or unlawful content. We may remove reviews that violate this or that we reasonably believe are fake, and you grant us a licence to display what you submit on the storefront.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Don't scrape, resell or republish our catalogue or pricing without permission.
• Don't submit false, fraudulent or abusive orders, payments or reviews.

Intellectual property

The Cloud e Shop name, logo, storefront design and original content are our property or licensed to us, and may not be used without permission. Product images and descriptions may belong to the respective brand or manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the storefront accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, beyond the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Cloud e Shop is registered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here, with the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
